Fire Sprinkler Index is operated by EMCO Capital LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. It publishes listings for commercial fire protection contractors who perform inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

Listings are compiled from public sources such as state licensing records and company websites, and may be claimed and updated by the company. A paid listing is advertising. It is not an endorsement, referral, certification, warranty, or statement that a license is current. Confirm credentials with the state fire marshal, licensing board, or local authority having jurisdiction before you hire.

Quote requests are stored by the operator and may be shared with contractors that have claimed or featured listings in your area and have opted in to receive requests. Submitting a request does not create a contract and does not obligate any contractor to respond. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

Guides on this site are general information summarized from published codes and standards. They are not legal or engineering advice. Requirements depend on the edition adopted by your jurisdiction and on your specific system; your authority having jurisdiction has the final say.

Listing fees and newsletter sponsorships are one-time payments processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. We may decline or remove a listing or sponsorship that is misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to fire protection, and refund any unused portion.

The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from work performed by any listed contractor.
